Follow Up

Skill 5: Following Up
The Fortune is in the follow up

Recruiting is a process NOT an event.

Some of your best recruits will not join you in the business until they first see you are fully committed to the business.

Some prospects will join you next month, next year, 3 years from now or even 10 years from now.

It’s about their timing, not yours.

The key to follow up is to stay in constant contact without being annoying.

Find Any Reason to keep in touch (keep communicating)

Drip Periodical Updates & Information Over time:

  • Follow them on social media & comment on their pages
  • Be interested in them and the things they are doing
  • Send them any New Videos that have been released
  • Inform them of any new promotions the company announces
  • Inform them of any big company announcements
  • Inform them of any big company events or trainings
  • Inform them of any local events or trainings
  • Share with them new Ambassador stories or other success stories
  • Share with them Travel Experiences of your own & others
  • Share with them any relevant news articles
  • Sing them Happy Birthday on their Birthday

Stay in touch during the Holidays:  Merry Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day, etc.

Stay in touch until the timing is right.

DO NOT repeatedly ask if they are ready to join

Just keep dripping info and inviting them to attend various events or watch new videos, etc.
